Form 1- Entry Form for the House Decorating Contest
Details:
This year, a $25 prize will go to the top 5 winners for the best decorated houses. Houses will be judged on Wednesday, November 9th between 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Winners will be posted at the main stage area on November 12th and also here on our website. You need not be present to win.

If you would like to set up to sell food at the 2011 Christmas In The Village, print out the form on this page, and mail it along with $75.00 fee per location by October 15th, 2011 to the address at the top of the form.

Details:
Date: Second Saturday in November. (This year is November 12th, 2011)
